INTRODUCTION

We hereby take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as one of the largest construction companies
of Pakistan. We possess rich experience of 50 years existence in the field of highways, buildings, off-
shore/ marine works, dams, Power Houses Canals, Bridges infrastructure and mass earthwork. In the
last 20 years, SKB emerges as one of the leading constructors of Pakistan due to sizeable expansion
in management structure, as well as major investment in plant & equipment.

In 1996, the joint venture of Imrpregilo (Italy) Dublin (Germany) SKB and NCL the contracts 1&2 of
prestigious won Ghazi Brotha Hydropower project in Pakistan with a collective cost of US$ 600M .
The project has since been completed.
In 1998, SKB took the first step abroad with some major building projects in Ashgabat,
Turkmenistan, SKB, has developed a reputation of an extremely capable international construction
concern.

SKB is the lead partner in PMC-JV, which is constructing the US$200 Million M-1 Motorway. This
motorway is around 160 km long form Islamabad to Peshawar. SKB is one of the major firms
involved in the construction of M-3 Motorway in Pakistan.
Recently SKB also won defense Housing Authority Phase VI , Lahore Pakistan a major development
projects including water supply sewerage and other infrastructure works. The cost of the project is 35
million US$.

During last few years SKB is registered and operating in Republic of Sudan, Turkmenistan, Republic
of South Africa and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia SKB has
constructed School Complexes in Southern and Eastern Region for Ministry of Education. The Total
cost of these projects is 113 Million Saudi Riyals. Renovation of 14 student hostel building has also
been our successful endeavor with King Saud University for approximately 32 Million Saudi Riyals.
Currently we are working with Saudi Oger Ltd. on their major project in Riyadh for Princess Noura
University for women. SKB is also part of the consortium which has won the bid for light Rail mass
Transit Project from Amman to Al-Zarkaa in Jordan (25 KM) on BOT basis.

Keeping in view the experience, expertise, financial resources and our equipment, we are confident
that SKB is capable to undertake any Civil Engineering Construction Works of substantial
magnitude.
