The Strategy:
This strategy will unfold in three phases namely Identification, Introduction & Implementation. The objective is to
provide an opportunity for Chinese manufacturers to establish themselves in India through materialization of
orders from potential Indian buyers at every stage, within a period of one year.

• Identification of Suppliers - Firstly, we identify those suppliers who are really interested in developing the Indian
market. In the initial phase we will select a total of 50 Chinese suppliers for overall products of construction
material, with a maximum of two suppliers for a particular product.

• Introduction of suppliers - After identifying suppliers who are interested in the Indian market, our representative
will co-ordinate with them to understand their short term and long term goals. These suppliers will then be
introduced to the best buyers in India including builders/developers, traders, architects, contractors and govt.
organizations. Later, in the month of Sep. all these suppliers will visit India to attend the Grand Presentation
organized in Delhi. They can interact with the most potential buyers of building material who will have converged
from all over India, to understand and discuss the possibilities of buying from CHINA. The main objective of this
presentation is to give practical experience of Indian markets to the suppliers and to arrange interaction with real
potential buyers for spot buying, and in understanding the long-term vision of suppliers.

• Implementation - After this presentation, the suppliers will gain insights into, and gauge the potential of, Indian
markets. They can then make long-term plans about venturing into the Indian market. Subsequently, if required,
we will assist them in getting established in the Indian market and provide procedural guidance for creating a
legal entity in India. We can also assist in appointing agents/ distributors for their products or in procuring orders
from new buyers.

Chinese manufacturers can thus experience the Indian market in the best possible manner and be able to
generate orders at the lowest expenditure. Moreover, the guidance and assistance of an experienced local
associate in India, will afford them the best possible arrangement for long term establishment.
