Ajanta Infrastructures Limited (AIL) was incorporated in 2003 by Promoters who have more than
two decades of experience in land acquisitions across the country.
AIL was incorporated with the object of dealing in real estate and infrastructure development –

Prozone Golden Mall is envisaged as one of Maharashtra's Premier Shopping Destination and is
the only G+1 Shopping Center in India, spread over 10,60,000 sq.ft. area. Prozone Golden Mall is
a JV with Prozone Liberty International Plc (Subsidiary of the Provogue Group) which plans to
develop a number of world class regional shopping centers across the Indian geography.
This retail development offers the regions most dominant offer of entertainment and food and
beverage comprising restaurants, café’s & food court.
Construction is being done by Shapoorji Pallonji, one of India’s renowned construction
Companies.
