 AGREEMENT BETWEEN GUNMAN AIRSOFT, FALSE UTOPIA AND YOU

I THE ABOVE NAMED PERSON HAVE SIGNED THIS DOCUMENT IN CONSIDERATION OF

BEING THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE PART IN AN AIRSOFT EVENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT:
-

1. The game is physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion to play.
2. The games may be dangerous if not played in accordance with the Airsoft rules that I
have been read and understood.
3. The possibility of injury to others and myself exists

I CONFIRM AND AGREE THAT: -

1. I am fully aware of the risks to myself and others involved in playing at any Gunman site
and that under no circumstances will I deliberately shoot anyone to the face or head.
2. I am physically fit and mentally able to take the strain and exertion involved in playing
Airsoft.
3. I will comply with the GUNMANAIRSOFT and FALSE UTOPIA rules and use the
equipment as instructed and not so as to injure or hurt others and will obey all directions
of the Referees, Marshalls and Judges.
4. I will wear appropriate eye protection for Airsoft Skirmish at all times where the game is
being played and may only remove my eye protection in a SAFE ZONE designated by
GUNMANAIRSOFT or FALSE UTOPIA or where a referee, Marshall or Judge decides.
5. It is my responsibility to if I choose not to wear appropriate eye protection for Airsoft
Skirmish in the form of equipment that protects the face in full and that if I am under the
age of 16, I must wear a full face mask at all times. I wear shooting glasses only at my
own risk.
6. I understand that GUNMANAIRSOFT or FALSE UTOPIA reserves the right to refuse any
eyewear that they feel is not up to BS Standard.

RELEASE: -

I hereby release, remise and forever discharge from any claims and liabilities whatsoever
without limitations that I might have against GUNMANAIRSOFT and FALSE UTOPIA and the
owners of the property on which the game is being played.

I make this release on behalf of my heirs, my executors, assigns, administrator and myself. As
well as being responsible for returning hired equipment and any debts generated whilst playing
at any GUNMANAIRSOFT SITE. (Site Fess, BB’s, Hire of equipment, Damage or Loss).

By signing below I confirm that I am over 18 and agree to abide by the rules and decisions of
FALSE UTOPIA and GUNMAN AIRSOFT, I also understand that in order to play or crew I will
be required to sign THIS INSURANCE WAIVER and confirmation that I have read, understood
and will abide by the rules of conduct upon my arrival and before I engage in the event.

its submission counts as my agreement to the above)
