• Undertake periodic valuations; assess contractor’s financial claims and
process payments to contractor through the client’s organization.
• Undertake snagging inspection on practical completion of the works and
manage process to rectify any defects.
• Inspect the works undertaken for compliance with required quality and
good workmanship practice.
• Inspect and assess/monitor health and safety on site.
• Managing staff, financial reporting including annual/monthly budget and
expenditure plans.
• Preparing work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works.
Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.
• Professional workload includes project managing various office fit outs and
refurbishment instructions.
• Taking active part in complying with Quality (ISO 9001) & HSE (ISO
14001, OHSAS 18001) norms along with relevant documentation.
• Preparation of SOQ & BOQ and site modification sketches.

Professional experience:
1. Company: GVRIPL, Hyderabad
GVRIPL is Infrastructure Company with wide range of projects of infrastructure;
it has roads, dams and irrigation, residential buildings, power plants and air ports
Site:NSP PAKG-2,Miryalaguda. NSP PKG-2 is one of package company has, it
is modernization and rehabilitation. It includes widening of banks and lining of
slopes.
Position held Sr. Engineer.
Responsibilities held are Taking levels , marking toe widths ,checking levels Top
bed width and toe width ,monitoring sub contractors work preparation of bills for
sub contractor ,quality checking ,keep contacts with deportment, leading team
of 4 junior engineers .preparation of progress reports and planning and looking
after execution as per plan.
2. ARC-INC APPROACHES, HYDERABAD.
It is one of leading consultancy in Hyderabad which gives structural, estimation
and supervision. It has residential and commercial projects.
Position held: Project Manager.
Responsibilities held are Planning of Progress , Procurement , liaising with site
people, Quality checking of work, coordinating customer with consultants,
planning execution and implementation of plan and monitoring budget
3. ARAMCO ,Rastanura ,KSA.
Position held: Estimator/Planner.
Responsibilities held are: worked in community maintenance division which look
after maintenance works of Rastanura Aramco community. Preparation of Scope
of work .preparation of complete estimation finding Armaco schedule for work
and finding material required for work and finding stock no of material required
4. Vijaya Hatchery,Gudur.is a hatchery construction to bring water from
sea store water in concrete tanks and hatching and growing shrimps in
controlled environment
Position : Resident Engineer.

contractor ,preparation of bills , checking quality of work ,planning labour,
planning material ,looking after completion of work as per schedules .
