D
ue to Talisman Centre’s increasing popularity with
Calgarians, over the years the facility has added
new gyms, a pool, extra weight lifting space and
equipment, cardio and fitness areas, and much more.
These facility enhancements provided more opportunities
for our customers to meet their wellness goals, but we
want to ensure that absolutely everybody, regardless of
physical, mental or financial ability has full access to what
Talisman Centre has to offer.
It is in this key area of accessibility that Talisman Centre
is focusing its first annual fund-raising campaign. As an
organization, we are committed to removing the barriers
to participation for children, youth and families who
may experience hardship accessing our facilities and
programs and who may not be able to afford associated
transportation costs, fees, and required supplies. Talisman
Centre’s goal is to be an inspirational place to belong
for all our customers regardless of physical, mental or
financial ability.
Our goal for this fund-raising effort is $125,000
