GUIDELINES & MODUS OPRANDI OF FEE


Purpose: To provide upper cap of rates of service provided by Institute University so that information could
beneficially used at the time of audit.

Summary: Students Pay Two Type Of Fees.


A- Fees to be charged by Institute according to the order of AFRC MP.
Institute may charge following fees
(i)Tuition Fees (ii) Other Fees
B- Fees to be charged by University may be collected by students at Institute.

FEES CHARGED BY INSTITUTE.


TUITION FEES
The tuition fees structure varies from batch to batch. Batch Tuition fees is being given below.

Institute are required to maintain separate accounts.
# This fee will be a consolidated fee comprising tuition fee and other miscellanies fee. Institute would
not be allowed to charge fee for any other reason or under any other head.
University fees as per ordinance no. 21 (amended up to April 2008)
University May charge various services at the rate prescribed by the university from time to time. #

Following are the different type of fees charged by University.
(i) Enrollment Fees
(ii) University Portal Registration Fees
(iii) Exam Fees
(iv) Provisional degree
(v) Migration Fees.
(vi) Re-totaling Fees
(vii) Revaluation Fees
(viii) DSW
(ix) University development

Enrollment Fees @150/-& 650/-


1. Student having T.C. of MP Board Affiliated school will be charged @ 150 & Those are
having T.C. From UP Board Affiliated school. They will be charged Rs. 650/- as per
Enrollment Fees.
University Portal Registration Fees @ 242/-
2. Non-Availability of student’s account in PNB/ UBI, Institute provide this facility to
student to deposit all fees through Institute’s UBI account.
Exam Fees @ 1300/- & 350/- Per Ex Subject
3. Regular Exam fees will be Rs. 1300/- For Ist Ex paper he would be charged 350 & for
subsequent paper Rs. 300 would be charged subject to upper cap of Rs. 1300/- as Fees
of Ex paper of any one semester.
Provisional Degree & Migration Fees @ 100/- Each
4. Provisional degree and migration fees of is charged at the time of 8th semester exam
fees. Exam Fees of Eight semester is Rs. 1500 which includes Rs. 200 of P& M Fees.
Re-Totaling Fees @50/-& @250/-
5. Rs. 50/- subject and Rs. 250 for all subjects.
Revaluation Fees @ 500/-
6. Revaluation fees would be charged @ 500/- subject maximum revaluation of two
Answers book is permissible.
DSW @ 200/-
7. DSW & University development fees are to be deposited at the time submitting
affiliation fees @ 550/- DSW- 200/- student University Development -350/- student.
Note: -
• Student will directly submit fees to university for all above-mentioned reserves Fees
can be paid through PNB A/c’s online facility of
• Student’s own A/c
• Student’s guardian A/C
• Institute’s A/c in which he is studying.
Since our student could not get their A/C with internet facility opened in PNB Hence they
submit all University fees in A/c section in return institute submit fees on their behalf from our
Union Bank A/C
