SUNIGUM ELASTOMERS
Sunigum elastomer is a precrosslinked, acrylate terpolymer with functional carboxylic groups. Is is intrinsically resistant to degradation by heat and UV radiation, and to many chemicals including oils & fuels. Its novel
composition and structure make it compatible with a wide range of polar resins: PVC, CPE, COPE, TPU, ASA/ABS/SAN and other polymers with some polarity such as ethylene copolymers (EVA and EMA provided
the co-monomer content is at least 20%). Although Sunigum is not directly compatible with non polar resins, it can be blended with polyolefins through reactive compatibilization techniques, for example using glycidyl
containing ethylene copolymers as compatibilizers.
Sunigum's basic properties and flexibilizing potential allow users to tailor-make softer grades of general-purpose and engineering grade thermoplastic elastomers where aesthetics, color-retention and weatherability
are of prime importance.
CHEMIGUM® ELASTOMERS
Chemigum NBR elastomers, copolymers of acrylonitrile and butadiene, are known for their good mechanical properties and resistance to fuels, fats and oils. In blends with PVC, Chemigum elastomers enhance
physical properties and chemical resistance. In addition, they help minimize loss of liquid plasticizers due to extraction, volatility or migration, thus maintaining flexibility under harsh conditions.
Chemigum elastomers are also widely used in friction material compositions in which they contribute significant advantages in both processing and performance.
Different Chemigum grades have been developed in powder form to meet specific processing or end-use requirements.

PLIOCORD VP latex, PLIOCORD SB LATEX
Pliocord latex is the trade name for vinyl-pyridine and SBR latex specifically developed for the adhesion between rubber stock and fabric reinforcement materials. The adhesive compound, so called RFL, is based on
VP latex and resorcinol formaldehyde resin. RFL are designed according to the fiber type, the end use, the chemical and mechanical requirements but also the dipping process.

CHEMIGUM LATEX
Chemigum latices are aqueous anionic dispersions of butadiene acrylonitrile copolymers either modified by reactive groups (carboxylated types) or non modified (standard types).
Our Chemigum latex range consists of products developed for applications in the paper, friction material, glove, gaskets and other industries.
These latices are used where ease of application and processing will help meet your quality requirements.

Pliolite S6
S6 resins are emulsion polymerized styrene butadiene copolymers used for rubber reinforcement (SBR, EVA, NR, CR, BR, EPDM, etc.). It gives high hardness and modulus with good flex
and cut resistance at low specific gravity.
S6 resins are cost effective, improve processing and are a good alternative to high loadings of mineral fillers.

Pliolite HSR
HSR styrene-rubber masterbatch resins are also used for reinforcement of natural & synthetic rubbers. Grades vary in styrene content to enable customize reinforcement depending on the
nature of the host rubber
Range of NBR Bale. Hot and Cold, Batch & Continuous polymerized grades varying in ACN content, Mooney Viscosity and other features such as low mold fouling and plasticizer extended grades.

CHEMIGUM NVC Polyblends (NBR/PVC)
The Polyblends are used where, in addition to oil & fuel resistance, superior weatherability, in particular resistance to ozone, is required. Grades differ in the type and content of the NBR rubber to adapt to specific
combinations of performance, service environment and processing.
Range of Polyblends of NBR with PVC supplied in sheet form of varying thickness. Granular form can be supplied on demand.
