I am a very energetic, ambitious seasoned IT and business professional, with very strong analytical, problem solving and project
management background with great attention to details without losing the sight of the main goal. I am very result driven, yet very client
focused and equally capable to work stand alone as well as along a team. I have strong management tendency and I am often deemed as

I joined this professional trading and supplying services firm, active in fields of oil and gas, petrochemical and energy supply as business
development principal responsible for all the Middle East and North Africa operation and managing all business development activities in
these regions. The company is active in procurement and supply and has served more than 200 clients in the UK, Europe and the Middle
East and North America. Since I joined this firm, I have introduced new clients, found new suppliers and distributors and I have managed to
negotiate, secure and close deals worth over $5million. I have also been responsible for introducing and implementing MS Dynamics as the
new CRM system for the company and due to my IT background, I tend to offer support to my colleagues as and when needed.
(02/2009 – 08/2009) Implementation and Improvement Interim Manager @ Business & Finance Group, London, UK
I joined this professional services firm as resource, change, implementation and improvement interim manager responsible for
deployments, upgrades, and implementation of BES, Blackberry support, web-based applications such as B&F Account (web based
accounting system), B&F FX platform, B&F website revamp, and web-based client support of over 4,000 clients in the UK, Europe and the
Middle East. Main duties included setting up BES and user accounts for all directors and senior management, setting priorities for each
project, allocating resources to each project and managing day to day progress of the development team of 16 across UK, Poland and
Germany and scheduling troubleshooting and testing all new implementation, getting client feedback and reporting to the Managing
Director. I was also responsible to implement standardization of the development process and introducing conventions and procedures
into the whole process in order for development team to work more efficiently and effectively.
(03/2001 – 03/2003) Senior Desktop Support @ Lloyd & Associates Solicitors, London, UK
2 years at this reputable law firm, as senior desktop support I was mainly looking after & supporting the firm users for MS Office, Lotus
Notes, Ace server, Network & Printer issues. I managed to deliver a major roll out of print servers as well as upgrade from Windows NT to
Windows 2000 server.
(07/2000 – 03/2001) Senior System Admin & Team Leader @ West Midland Police HQ, Birmingham, UK
Senior system administrator/team leader, responsible for preparation/delivery of Strategic reports for the head of department, member of
the initial team trained to use the first digital finger print recording system. My responsibility was to make sure the smooth
implementation, integration, training and support needed for users and staff at West Midland Police HQ, particularly dealing with senior
civil servants and high rank officers at West Midlands HQ.
