 Documents Required for Obtaining Financial Aids:

1. Completing the monthly financial aid form.

2. Photocopy of the student and the sponsor’s identity card.
3. Photocopy of the documentation of student's jobless family members mentioned in the Application Form.
4. A salary certificate of the student’s sponsor (the last three months only).
5. A certificate from the Ministry of Justice (Real-estate and Documentation Department) of the property of the
sponsor.
6. A certificate from Doha Stock Market showing the sponsor’s property.
7. A letter from the Ministry of Business and Commerce (Trade License Section) showing the commercial licenses
of the sponsor.
8. Death and heritage certificates of the father; and in this case, the required documents of items 5, 6 and 7 should
include student's name.
9. The university has the right to ask the student for any additional documents or to exempt him/her from some of the
above mentioned documents depending on the student status and nationality.

Conditions of obtaining the financial aid:

1. Regular morning attendance.

2. The student’s sponsor should have prior knowledge of the financial aid.
3. The student should apply for the financial aids within the given time attached with the required documents.
4. The student should not get a salary or regular assistance from any other association.
5. The average income per capital should not be over QR 2500 for Qataris and QR 1500 for Non-Qataris.
6. The student’s Grade Point Average should not be less than 2.00/4.00 for Qataris and 2.50/4.00 for Non-Qataris.
Excluded from item (6):
* The new students because they do not have GPA in the first semester.
* Scholarship students are not included in the GPA during their foundation program.
7. The availability of financial resources.
8. In case of approval to get the financial aid, the student should open a bank account.
