During the assignment with the Bank, you may find the following information useful :
1) Timing of the assignment on week days is from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm and on Saturday
9.30 am to 2.00 pm.
2) On the 10 th of every month you are requested to meet with HR Operations Officer at
Cititower,61,Dr. S.S.Rao Road, Parel, Mumbai- 400012, between 9.30 am to 12 noon to collect
your check/other payments
3) You will be provided with entry slips which must be carried every day.
4) You will be provided with Temporary Absentee Sheets for the period of assignment, which
should reach the HR Co-ordinator at First floor of Bandra Kurla Complex by first day of every
month for the previous month. You are also requested to sign the muster on a daily basis as
soon as you come to office.
5) Entry Slips can be renewed at the end of each quarter of the year. You are requested to touch
base with HR-Coordinator for the same.

Re: Confidential and Proprietory Information

Your position with Citigroup may give you access to information regarded as confidential or proprietary. Defined broadly, confidential or proprietary
information is any information which gives the organisation an advantage over its competitors. It is recognised that it may often be difficult to draw
an exact line between proprietary information, which is the exclusive property of Citigroup or one of its subsidaries or affiliates, and information that is
part of the background of skill and experience normally acquired in the course of personal business experience, which you are free to use in your
employment anywhere. Your own sense of propriety is usually the safest guide in interpretation. In case of doubt, you are urged to discuss the matter
with your supervising officer.
Upon becoming employed by Citigroup or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates, each employee signs a Patent and Confidential Information Agreement
in the form indicated below or ina substantially similar form. A copy of the agreement should be kept as a reminder of the obligation of each employee
in the area of confidentiality and as to patentable discoveries made or conceived while in Citigroup's employment.

PATENT AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AGREEMENT


In consideration of my position and employment with Citigroup, or its subsidiaries or affiliates, I agree to keep confidential, and not to divulge to others,
during the course of my employment, secret and confidential information data regarding the business of Citigroup, its customers, products and services,
methods, systems,business plans,or marketing methods and strategies, costs or other confidential, secret or proprietory information. Further, I agree
to keep confidential the secret and proprietary information of Citigroup's customers , clients and vendors. In the event of my employment with Citigroup
terminates , I agree not to divulge or use such confidential information, and so return promptly to Citigroup all documents and other materials owned by
Citigroup.

In addition it is understood that while employed by Citigroup I will promptly disclose to it and assign to it my interest in any invention, improvement or
discovery made or conceived by me either alone or jointly with others which arise out of my employment. At Citigroup request and expense, I will
assist Citigroup during the period of my employment and thereafter in connection with any controversy or legal proceeding relating to such
inventions, improvement or discovery and in obtaining domestic and foreign patent or other protection covering the same.

I also categorically declare that I have not worked with Citigroup in any capacity before and all information provided by me to the Bank is correct
and to the best of my knowledge
