Performance Audit Legislation – David Wolfe, Tahir Ahad, President, Total School
Solutions, and Marc Lumer, CPA – The Board discussed this matter. Mr. Wolfe
and Mr. Day presented a draft memo to the California Legislative Council
reference “Definition of a Performance Audit”. It was agreed that Wolfe/Day
would meet to review this draft and seek input from Tahir Ahad and Board
members and prepare a final memo for approval by the Board prior to sending to
the Legislative Council.

Letter to California Board of Accountancy in Regards Performance Audits – Anton

Jungherr – The draft letter to the California Board of Accountancy dated
November 13, 200 was discussed. This letter was a complaint against five CPA
firms (Vicenti Lloyd & Stutzman, LLP; Matson & Isom; Perry Smith Accountants;
Patel & Associates and Nigro, Nigro & White, PC) for alleged fraud, deceit, and
misrepresentation in professional practice. Approved by consensus to send this
letter.

CBOC Workshop, February 2010, Co Sponsored by CALBOC, California School

Board Association, and Total School Solutions – Tahir Ahad – CALBOC training
program was discussed. Mr. Ahad indicated his interest in supporting our training
program. It was agreed by consensus that Anton Jungherr had authority to work
with Mr. Ahad to develop a plan for a CALBOC training program.

Proposition 39 Performance Audits Workshop, December 4, 2009, California

School Board Association Conference, San Diego – Anton Jungherr – It was
announced that Anton Jungherr was going to make a presentation as part of this
panel.
