 Planning of deliveries for materials.


 Negotiating & arranging Quality transporters as per our requirement.
 Loading & unloading agencies at effective prices.
 Understanding quality need of each and every customer.
 Building relationship with all rolling mills plant manager and quality in
charge.
 Solving issues of stuck deliveries.
 Solving problem of weight shortage or any other material quality problem
at unloading point (Customer end).
 Ensuring timely delivery of quality material at customer place.
 Ensuring timely and accurate delivery report entry in software.
 Attending and solving disputes of transporters.
 Timely solving queries of controlling department.
 Timely updation of delivery status to Business Executive.
 Solving any issues related to dispatch, material, transport etc of team
member.
 Updating reports to the customer about delivery status.
 Ensuring proper documentation of required papers like test certificates,
receipted challan, LR etc.
 Ensuring timely octroi of each and every delivery (if it attracts octroi).
