 Frame formwork by «Variant» Factory Ltd is a complete system that includes accessories
ensuring operation and safety and offering the opportunity to meet any challenges promptly
and efficiently.

 «VARIANT» System is suitable to incase:

 Due to reinforced profiles used for manufacture of «VARIANT»
frame formwork panels both along edges and inside panel

 The specially developed profile of elements is not only more


load resistant in the process of concreting but also makes
the replacement of formwork plywood at the end of its useful

 Flat sheets requiring no special cutouts for anchor holes are used.

 Filmfaced plywood of 21mm thickness is used in panels.

 Plywood is fastened with self-threading screws to the external side of panels providing
smoothness of the surface contacting the concrete.

 The following columns can be incased with

demands of the construction entities. It has a wide application area from wall large area
incasing including making of facing concrete surface, use for incasing of standard construction
buildings as an economically sounded variant as well as use in bridge engineering and
adjustment to different monolithic construction forms.

STRIPPING PROCEDURE OF SLAB FORMWORK

 Dismantle all intermediate supports.


 Hit the wedge of the lowering head with a hummer (the lowering head must be lowered by 6 cm).
 Turn and take out the cross formwork beams (the beams under the plywood joints are left in their position).
 Dismantle the plywood.
 Remove the cross and longitudinal formwork beams.
WHAT THE SUPPORTS ARE INDENDED FOR WHEN
THE FORMWORK ARE DISMANTLED?

 Depending on the construction process auxiliary


supports can be required to resist the green concrete
shift loads or upper slab concreting loads.
CORRECT DASPOSAL OF AUXILIARY SUPPORTS:

 Auxiliary supports are intended for load distribution


between a new slab and a slab under it. The loads
depend on the slabs hardening degree.
 Numerical relation for auxiliary supports and form-

«VARIANT» LOAD-BEARING SCAFFOLDING


 Load-bearing scaffolding is used when concreting
 slabs with a floor height from 6 m
 inclined slabs and constructions in the places where horizontal loads appear
 high-rise buildings and constructions perimeter as a safe formwork system element
 bridges, tunnels and other engineering constructions.
 The system of statically rigid towers can be used in the places where use of other slab
formwork systems is limited or impossible.

 Load-bearing scaffolding can be easily combined with horizontal formwork in the same
entity.

 The basis of construction is metal frames 1.5 m width, 0.9; 1.2; 1.8 m height.
