Title: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

1) Set Company policies and strategies that ensure the Company could operate profitably and
fair to shareholders and employees.
2) Plan major capital investments and projects.
3) Organize and recruit capable talents to form the management team.
4) Give major directions and provide resources to Marketing, Production, Finance and
Administration Departments in line with Company policies and strategies.
5) Manage public and Government relation so as to prevent major disruption on operation.
6) Report to Board of directors and commissioners on Company performance.

Title: Marketing General Manager

Key Responsibilties:

1) Develope adequate profitable business in line with our product line and production capacity.
2) Plan, organize and manage a team of merchandisers for sampling, quotation, production
order preparation and materials/accessories requests.
3) Manage the Purchasing Team to ensure material/accessories available timely for production.
4) Manage the Quality Assurance Team to detect and prevent quality problem from sampling
stage through finished goods. Organize and implement all inspection and testings for
materials, accessories, embellishments and garments.
5) Manage the R&D Team to ensure quick response to buyers’ style/fitting requirements; and
provide accurate patterns and markers Embroidery and Cutting.
6) Analyse material/accessories costs and overheads.
7) Develope enough qualified merchandisers, purchasers, R&D technicians and QA persons to
fulfill buyers’ order requirements.
8) Manage departmental administration.

Key Responsibility:

1) Prepare Production Schedule based on Marketing’s order placement.


2) Plan, organize and manage the PPIC to follow up material/accesories for production.

orders according to Production Schedule as well as the needs from production floors.
4) Trouble-shoot fabric, printings and embellishment quality issues.

to fulfill buyers’ and Government’s regulations.
6) Give directions to IT Department on insights of garment business cycle and system
developments.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Plan sewing schedule for all responsible sewing lines.
2) Attend Pre-production Meetings to identify and follow up critical issues of each style.
3) Coordinate with pre-sewing departments for adequate supply of works to sewing lines.
4) Coordinate with mechanics for machines preparation for style changeovers.
5) Monitor sewing output daily against schedule.
6) Organize and coordinate with all technicians and supervisors for orders/resources swtiching.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Organize and manage a team of merchandisers to develope samples required by buyers.


Monitor the progress of fabrics/accessories/embellishment development.
2) Organize and manage merchandisers to work out cost sheet for each style. Double check
quotations and prepare for GM and Managing Director’s approval.
3) Coordinate with clients and internal departments for order placement so as to ensure
capacity and resources are reserved for order execution.
4) Monitor and ensure merchandisers make bulk fabrics/accessories purchase requests in a
timely and accurately manner.
5) Manage the merchandisers to prepare timely all neccessities (production worksheet, sample
approval, embellishment approval, lab-tests etc.) required for production launch.
6) Plan and set up pre-production meetings with clients and production people in time for
launching production.
7) Monitor fabric consumption against planned in cost sheet.
8) Communicate with clients for all issues related to sample development, quotation, order
placement, production status and quality concerns.

Title: Purchasing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize and manage a team of purchasing staff to purchase timely the materials and
accessories required for samples and bulk production.
2. Day to day communication with overseas suppliers regarding prices, order placement, goods
replacements, delivery confirmation, shipping documents, claims etc.
3. Coordinate with PPIC and Warehouse for warehouse space and delivery adjustments.
4. Coordinate with PPCI and QA for all material quality issues and confirm settlements with
suppliers.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and Shipping Department for import documents and customs
clearance issues.
6. Sourcing of materials and accessories required for sampling and bulk production.

Title: R & D Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize and manage a team of pattern makers and sample sewers to produce samples
requested by merchandisers.
2. Adjust samples base on buyer’s comments on sample fitting, sewing construction and
measurements.
3. Make patterns and markers for bulk production base on actual fabric width, shrinkage and
other quality issues. Make special markers if needed.
4. Report fabric consumption accurately to merchandisers for costing and bulk purchase.
5. Check buyer’s Bill of Materials and size specifications. Report irregularities and propose
corrections to merchandisers.
6. Troubleshoot measurement related problems happened in production.
7. Ensure correct use of hardwares and softwares used in R & D and Marker Room. Coordinate
with suppliers for regular maintenance.

Title: QA Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assure incoming fabrics are conformed with the buyer’s quality standard. All trim fabrics are
matching with self fabric color. Work out solutions or settlements with related parties.
2. Assure incoming accessories are conformed with buyer’s quality standard. Coordinate the
Laboratory and all related departments to test accessories usage performance before bulk
production.
3. Test all embellishments and printings before bulk production. Advise suppliers or internal
departments to make adjustment/corrections if neccessary.
4. Direct pre-production meetings with clients’ QA persons. Assure produciton team
understand all critical concerns for bulk produciton.
5. Organize and manage a team of in-line QA to assure all production processes are started
right with new styles. Monitor quality and packing accuracy as well during internal final
inspection and packing in Finishing Section.
6. Day to day communication with buyers regarding quality issues and corrective action plans.
Update QA team and Production team whenever there are new requirements.
7. Prepare and follow up final inspection by client’s QC.
8. Organize a strong QA team by continueous training. Develope capable persons for handle
critical processes.

Title: KPO Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize and maintain a full time Kaizen team for continueous improvement works.
2. Plan and implement Kaizen events.
3. Select and train the Kaizen team for each improvement event. Monitor progress and
coordinate all related parties to overcome obstackles.
4. Analyse the progress of each event and indentify rooms for furhter waste reduction.
5. Communicate with consultant for progress analysis and events preparation.
6. Present improvement results to top management. Consult top management’s opinion on
Lean implementation strategies.

Title: Chief Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and assign mechanic to sewing lines to troubleshoot machine breakdowns so that
disturbance to production could be reduced to the minimal.
2. Plan and carry out maintenance program for sewing machines.
3. Maintain optimal stock qty. of spare parts and workaids.
4. Plan and carry out training program for upgrading old and new mechanics.
5. Coordinate with Production Managers on machine preparation for style changeovers.
6. Troubleshoot machine-related quality issues with Production Manager and QA.

1. Manage a team of Industrial Engineer to do style engineering and find the best production
method and layout for each order.
2. Make standard operation procedures and establish standard output for each operation of
each style. Provide Engineering Data Sheet for production floor to follow.
3. Monitor the actual performance of running orders. Identify and correct factors that hinder
target fulfillment, together with floor technician.
4. Provide training for floor technicians and supervisors for egineering consepts so that IE and
Production could go in the same direction.
5. Train enough IE staff to carry out style engineering, statistical works and productivity
improvement programs.

Title: Export Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize and manage export staffs to process, accurately and timely, all export documents
required for each shipment.
2. Assure shipments physically and correctly loaded onto containers or trucks and sealed with
Bea Cukai labels.
3. Monitor shipping space booking with forwarders and shipment completion time with
Finishing Section.
4. Monitor container booking.
5. Chasing export documents for L/C negotiation.
6. Prepare export costs list including payment to Trade Department and Customs Duty.
7. Monitor month export report to Bea Cukai.

Title: Warehouse In-charge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Anticipate upcoming goods volume plan the placement of goods.


2. Manage Warehouse workers to do goods receiving and issueing.
3. Manage administration workers to update accuratley and timely the incoming and outgoing
goods in the computer system. Update stock list regularly for internal reference Customs
use.
4. Manage administration workers to prepare Bea Cukai documents for return of rejected
goods.
5. Coordinate with Cutting and Fabric QA for daily supply of fabric to Cutting Section. Do
relaxation for special fabrics before sending out.
6. Provide samples of incoming goods to PPIC and QA for trim cards making, lab-testings and
sample making.
7. Systematically seperate goods of cancelled orders and running orders. Also seperate dead
stocks from usable stocks. Make sample book for idled items for Merchandising and
Purchasing to reduce purchases of such items in new orders.

Title: Cutting In-charge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize and manage Cutting workers to do spreading, cutting and inspection jobs.
2. Coordinate with PPIC, Sewing, Fabric Warehouse and Marker Room on orders priority,
fabirc/marker availability and supply need in all lines.
3. Arrange cutting work so that cut pieces are supplying to Sewing in complete sets.
4. Manage cutting QC to replace defective panels and parts before sending to the next
Department. Arrangemnet to make replacement quickly if there were cuttings returned
from Embroidery, Printing or Sewing.
5. Report to PPIC all fabric qualtiy problems which is found during spreading but not in fabirc
inspecton. Continue cutting only if decision was made.
6. Provide train for workers and supervisors.
7. Control fabric consumption and overcut qty. according to PPIC’s instruction. Provide PPIC
Cutting Report for each order everytime finished Cutting.
8. Organize regular maintenance for all cutting equipment. Control spare part consumption.

Title: Embrodery Room In-charge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage supervisors and workers to do embroidery and heat transfer print
pressing.
2. Manage supervisors to prepare for new style changeovers; set up pressing workstations.
3. Coordinate with PPIC, Cutting In-charge and Production Managers for order priority.
Calculate overtime needed for smooth supply to Sewing.
4. Arrange to develope embroidery samples for merchandisers.
5. Coordinate with QA/Lab and Accessories Warehouse for embellishment testings before bulk
production.
6. Arrange replacement or repairing for rejects from Embro QC and Sewing.

Title: Printing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Anticipate upcoming workload and book printing space accordingly.


2. Coordinate with Cutting Room and Customs Section for arrangement of sending cuttings to
printing factories.
3. Approve strike-offs before bulk printing.
4. Arrange replacement of cuttings quickly with Cutting Room when defects found.
5. Calculate upcoming embroidery workload and decide sub-contraction need.
6. Supervise printing QC to control qualtiy on the spot.
7. Raise claim if printing factories make printing mistakes that cost TWI losses.

Title: HRD Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Help all departments to hire, discipline, develop and terminate staff; that complys with
buyer’s CR requirements and procedures.
2. Develop policies and procedures for employment, recruitment and compensation.
3. Work with IT and CR Departments to develop and implement Information Systems and
Software that automates time keeping and payroll calculation.
4. Plan and carry out training programs and services that help employees of all levels
understand company, Government and buyer’s regulations.
5. Perform annual performance evaluations of staff with all Department Heads.
6. Update management for new labor laws and actions needed for compliance.
7. Work together with CR Manager to create a harmonious working place in hte Factory
through Biparti meetings.
8. Manage meal catering for employees.

Title: CR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and carry out MESH training and improvement activities in the Factory; so as to
maintain good grade in CR performance among all buyers.
2. Communicate with buyers for CR requirements and improvement status.
3. Update labor law’s requirements and implement accordingly.
4. Provide training for employees and management for clear understanding of good CR
practices.
5. Work together with HRD Manager to create a harmonious working place in hte Factory
through Biparti meetings.
6. Work with IT and HRD Departments to develop and implement Information Systems and
Software that automates time keeping and payroll calculation.
7. Maintain good documentation for audit anytime.
8. Train and organize a strong CR team to fulfill buyer and Government MESH requirements.

Title: General Affair Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize and manage a maintenance team for building, cars and utility maintenance.
2. Manage general purchasing for items other than materials for production and IT equipment.
3. Plan and manage daily cars usages.
4. Organize a team of security guards to safeguard the Factory and ensure no unauthorized
entries by outside parties.
5. Personally lock Factory gates after working hours and open them before start working.
6. Manage the cleanliness of Factory environment.
7. Manage the household jobs in the domitory.
8. Hire temp workers for loading of garment shipment and unloading of material shipments.
