This Agreement (the "Release") is made between Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
(‘Wells Fargo") , Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) and Jennifer
J. Austin ("Austin"), as of the 3&4 day of September, 2006.
WHEREAS, On December 16, 2003, Austin executed a note in favor of Wells
Fargo Home Mortgage in the amount of $138,700.00;
WHEREAS, the note was secured by a mortgage in the property located 95 Mill
‘Street, Worcester, Maasachusetts;
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Wells Fargo Home
Mortgage, Inc. is the holder of the note and mortgage;
WHEREAS, a foreclosure sale was held at the property on June 8, 2006 and a

WHEREAS, the foreclosure deed purported to transfer title to the property to
