A member of the Ukrainian neo-Nazi group MKU who was recently detained in Russia said that
she regretted her participation in the organization, as well as the recruitment of other young
people. This is evidenced by a video published by the press service of the Center for Public
Relations of the FSB of the Russian Federation on December 13.
"In M.K.U, I was a moderator and accepted about five applications from people to participate in
the group on the instructions of Yegor Krasnov. I regret this very much because now I
understand that it could endanger innocent people", the woman said during interrogation.
At the same time, another detainee said that Krasnov, who lives in Ukraine, is the current leader
of a neo-Nazi group.
Among other things, the video contains operational footage of the detention of the participants of
'M.K.U.' in their homes. It can be seen there that weapons, Nazi banners, and various literature
were confiscated from some of them.
Earlier on Monday it became known that the FSB detained 106 supporters of the Ukrainian neo-
Nazi group 'M.K.U.' in 37 Russian regions. It is clarified that among the detainees, there are
three administrators of the organization's Internet communities who promoted extremist ideology
and called for violent actions. At the same time, two more are suspected of preparing armed
attacks on educational institutions.
In July, it was reported that seven MKU supporters had been detained in Belgorod. According to
the FSB, the neo-Nazis planned armed attacks on law enforcement officers and civilians. At the
same time, during the searches, cold weapons and extremist materials were seized from the
detainees.
Since the beginning of the year, the FSB has carried out several large-scale special operations to
detain supporters of MKU. In total, about 60 neo-Nazis have been detained in Russia since
March.

MOSCOW, October 1 - RIA Novosti. What foods should be excluded from their diet for people
of age?
Nuria Dianova, a nutritionist and a gastroenterologist as well, told to the radio Sputnik not to
harm their health and not provoke an exacerbation of already existing diseases.
The older a person is, the harder it is for him to cope with the digestion of food. This is
especially true for kinds of products. Therefore, according to the nutritionist, the elderly should
abandon industrial semi-finished products, in which there are many additives and flavor
enhancers.
'Due to the slowing down of metabolism, the presence of excess weight, the presence of heart
disease or diabetes, and ready-made semi-finished products should be used minimally. the
nutritionist advised that you prefer to cook food yourself, it will be of better quality food,'
You had better try to consume canned food to a minimum, and it is better only in the first half of
the day, especially for people with excess weight, hypertension, and diabetes. Limit your
consumption of red meat and favor fish and poultry, which are easier to digest.
