EL BOTIJO LEBRIJANENSE

TAREA 1 :

El botijo esta hecho principalmente de arcilla.


Sus características son:
La arcilla está constituida por agregados de silicatos de aluminio hidratados, procedentes de la
descomposición de minerales de aluminio. Presenta diversas coloraciones según las impurezas que
contiene, siendo blanca cuando es pura.

TAREA 2 :

Su funcionamiento es sencillo: el agua se filtra por los poros de la arcilla y en contacto con
el ambiente exterior se evapora, produciendo un enfriamiento. La clave del enfriamiento
está en la evaporación del agua.

TAREA 3 :

Se utiliza en la localidad sevillana de Lebrija.
