ASSEMBLY / INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Before beginning fixture fabrication, carefully unpack all
parts referring to illustration for parts identification.

2. Turn power to the installation point OFF at circuit breaker.

OUTLET BOX
3. Thread the bottom end of CRYSTAL ASSEMBLY and the
CROSSBAR HOUSE SUPPLY and CRYSTAL FINIAL onto the HEX COUPLING on the top center
GROUND WIRES
and the bottom center of the BODYASSEMBLY and hand
LOCKWASHER A
OUTLET BOX SCREWS tighten until snug.
( not supplied)
LOCKNUT A
4. Fasten the CROSSBAR to the OUTLET BOX with (2) OUTLET
NIPPLE BOX SCREWS (not supplied). Proceed to thread LOCK NUT A
LOCKNUT B and LOCK WASHER A onto the top end of the NIPPLE. Thread
the NIPPLE into the center of the CROSSBAR. Locate
CANOPY CHAIN LOOP LOCK NUT B onto the bottom end of the NIPPLE. Tighten
LOCKWASHER B
FIXTURE SUPPLY LOCK NUT A against the CROSSBAR with pliers until snug.
and GROUND WIRE
5. Locate the FIXTURE CHAIN and determine desired hanging
FIXTURE CHAIN height of fixture. Adjust chain by removing links if needed.
Please note that depending on chain material thickness, you
CEILING CANOPY might be required to use chain pliers to spread the links open.
Proceed to attach one end of the chain to the FIXTURE LOOP,
attached to the top of the fixture. Pass the fixture wires through
CANOPY LOCK RING the FIXTURE CHAIN, alternating links. Proceed to pass the
fixture wires through the following mounting components in
FIXTURE SUPPLY this order: 1) CANOPY LOCK RING; 2) CEILING CANOPY.

6. Making the connections: (2 people recommended for the

remaining steps) Position the fixture under the outlet box. Pass
LOCK WASHER B over the NIPPLE. Thread the CANOPY
FIXTURE LOOP
CHAIN LOOP onto the NIPPLE. Thread LOCK NUT B down the
FIXTURE NIPPLE, against the CANOPY CHAIN LOOP and snug with pliers.
CANOPY Pass the wires through the NIPPLE. Take up wire slack and trim
excess wires so that approx. 6” will remain inside the outlet box.
SHADE Proceed to attach the top of the FIXTURE CHAIN to the bottom of
the CANOPY CHAIN LOOP. Using wire connectors (not supplied)
connect the HOUSE GROUND WIRE to the FIXTURE GROUND
WIRE; connect the HOUSE WHITE WIRE to the FIXTURE
SUPPLY WIRE (WHITE or RIBBED SIDE); connect the HOUSE
BLACK (or RED) WIRE to the FIXTURE SUPPLY WIRE(BLACK
SHADE or SMOOTH SIDE).

ASSEMBLY
HARP Wrap each connection with approved electrical tape.

CANDLE 7. With the proper connections made, proceed to push the

COVER CEILING CANOPY upward over the OUTLET BOX. Be sure
that all wires are carefully tucked into the OUTLET BOX
SOCKET cavity. Secure canopy against ceiling by threading CANOPY
LOCK RING onto the CANOPY LOOP. Tighten until snug.
HEX COUPLING
8. Slip the CANDLE COVERS over the SOCKETS. Next, slip the
BODYASSEMBLY SHADE HARPS onto the top of the CANDLE COVERS. Install
CRYSTAL bulbs referring to fixture markings and/ or labels for maximum
HOLDER wattage. After bulbs are installed, locate the SHADES onto the
CRYSTAL top end of the SHADE HARPS.
FINIAL
9. Restore power to the installation point ON. Retain this sheet
for future reference.
