SAMPLE HR TEST – Aspiring FLM 2011

PURPOSE

The sample test will provide you with the following:

1. Understanding about the important features of the test


2. Suggestions and strategies on how to answer the questions
3. Practice on questions similar to the actual test

FEATURES OF THE TEST

The test consists of four (4) sections:

• Calculators and cell phones are not allowed during the test.
• The first three sections of the test will have only Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) whereas the fourth
section will have both MCQs as well as open-ended questions.

SCORING

Each correct answer adds one point to your score. Points are NOT taken off if you mark an incorrect answer.
Therefore, you should try to answer all questions and score as many points as you can.

SUGGESTIONS TO GET BEST RESULTS

Things you should do:

1. Determine clearly the nature of the question before looking at the answer choices
2. Work as fast as possible during the test
3. Mark an answer to every question, even if you have to guess

Things you should not do:

1. Do not lose time on a question you do not understand


2. Do not spend time verifying questions you have already answered until you have answered every
question
3. Do not spend time considering an answer that is NOT one of the four answer choices
