Due   to   its   ideal   meteorological   and   geographical   features,   this

Mountain  range.  It  features  a  300  day  annual  sun  exposure,  a  20°C
temperature   range,   and   a   150   mm   average   annual   rainfall,   thus
providing  excellent  polyphenolic  maturity  to  its  grapes.  The  Zonda
wind,  warm  and  dry,  reduces  humidity,  which  results  in  avoiding
microbe   proliferation   and   illnesses   and   allowing   the   growth   of   a
healthy  grape.  For  irrigation,  Andean  run-off  is  used.

in  San  Paticio  del  Chañar  in  the  province  of  Neuquén.  The  winery  is
devoted  to  producing  high  quality  wines  with  outstanding  personality,   Currently  seeking
achieved  through  the  unique  characteristics  of  the  Patagonian  terroir.     Importer  and  Distributor
In  110  hectares  of  rocky  soil  are  planted  classic  red  wines  such  as  Malbec,
Pinot   Noir,   Cabernet   Sauvignon,   Merlot   and   Petit   Verdot,   as   well   as
white   wines   such   as   Chardonnay,   Sauvignon   Blanc   and   Torrontés.
Both  thermal  amplitude  and  strong  winds  contribute  to  healthy  fruit
with  a  thicker  skin  which  results  in  higher  concentration  of  color  and
aroma,   yielding   full-bodied   wines   with   concentrated   bouquet,   ideal
for   aging.     The   premium   line,   Primogénito,   also   offers   an   innovative
system  to  monitor  the  aging  process  in  bottle,  called  “Cork  Tester.”  A
self-adhesive  band  is  located  under  the  capsule  and  around  the  neck;;
when  detached,  it  is  possible  to  observe  the  evolution  of  the  cork,  and
determine  maximum  time  for  aging.
