I was part of the Tele Tech team that provides superior customer service to our client, Sprints customers. I
was the first line of contact when a customer calls in about any issue with their Sprint service. I answered
simple and complex billing questions as well as explained legal and policy matters of a general and specific
nature. I troubleshooted most technical issues from software to hardware to incorrect setup and user error. I
activated new equipment as well as changed equipment between subscribers. I took payments, filed cases
for fraud, change of ownership, billing disputes, account type changes, as well as several other obscure case
types. I actively promoted Sprint services and equipment. I handled accounts with single lines to 5000+ lines
of service. I performed all these tasks and more in a polite, professional manner in 660 seconds or less on
each call, while being monitored and reviewed of every move of my mouse, maintaining the utmost
confidentiality with Sprint customers.
