Как научиться
говорить, когда
говорить не с кем ?
Упражнения, которые помогут
научиться свободно говорить
по-английски

1. «Таймер»
Выберите вопрос на стр. 2 или придумайте свой, поставьте таймер на 30 секунд и дайте
развернутый ответ, обязательно ОБЪЯСНЯЯ, почему вы так думаете. Вы также можете
выбрать тему со стр. 2, засечь минуту и написать короткий план ответа, а затем снова
поставить таймер и говорить еще 2 минуты.

!Не думайте о грамматике или формулировке мыслей. Ваша задача – преодолеть свой страх и
мнимый барьер, который вы сами поставили между собой и своей свободной речью.

!!Запишите ответ на диктофон, послушайте, подумайте,


что можно улучшить в своем ответе, поставьте таймер
еще раз и повторите это задание.

2. «Сам себе психолог»

Представьте, что вы в кабинете психолога или с другом и хочется рассказать все о своих
проблемах. И начните рассказывать вслух. Можно начать с каких-то совсем простых проблем,
не требующих знания большого количества слов, например, как учитель в школе отругал за
забытый учебник. Рассказывайте факты, события, делитесь эмоциями и тем, что хотели бы
ответить обидчику, жестикулируйте и не сдерживайте себя в выражениях (только на
английском).

Мысленно задавайте себе вопросы: What happened? How did it
make me feel? What experience did I get from that situation? How would
I behave if something like that happened again?

3. «Что я вижу»

Посмотрите по сторонам и начните описывать все, что видите вокруг. Если поначалу вам
сложно, выберите категорию предметов, которые будете называть или описывать. Например,
только зеленые предметы, или только мебель, или только новые вещи. Если ваши знания
пока не позволяют вам делать сложные описания, начните с перечисления предметов:

I can see a table, a bed, and a lamp.

Потом посмотрите в словаре предметы мебели, которые не знали, и добавьте их к своему


описанию:

I can see a table, a bed, a lamp, and a rocking chair.

Теперь можете добавить детали, например, в виде материалов или цветов.

I can see a green wooden table, a white bed, a blue lamp, and a green rocking chair.

А теперь расскажите немного про каждый предмет, мысленно


задавая себе следующие вопросы: Do I like it? What does it make me
think about? Does it have any sentimental value? How did I get it?

3. «Событие»

Расскажите о каком-то событии: это может быть как простая ситуация, произошедшая с вами
вчера (например, как вы сходили в магазин), так и какое-то воспоминание из детства.
Рассказывая, мысленно задайте себе вопросы: What happened? Where did it happen? Who was I
with? How did it make me feel? Would I like to go back if I could and experience it again?
