READ ME FIRST, PLEASE!

Finally after some mods, an almost perfect clone for Chess Titans on XP (proof-s
ee the screenshot), included Vista and Windows 7 Basic/Non Ultimate etc which ha
ve no the chess game too, will similar look and feel, especially at first sight,
only for you, for free.
Do not be interested with some such "stupid donationware" that must be paid for
the exact M$ copycat lolz you know sorry such it should always be free for peopl
e like us, who needs it if now you've already got it for 100% free as i've alrea
dy provided and uploaded, and even more customized.
Finally enjoy, and please don't forget to share with others. Still thanks to the
original author of course, and to you too for using and sharing....

System Requirements:
- Microsoft Windows XP or higher (e.g. Server 2003, Vista and Windows 7 Basic...
)
- . Net Framework 3.5 SP1 (needed for XP and Vista only). If you don't already h
ave it installed, then you must download it for free from microsoft and install

- DirectX 9 Capable Graphic Card or higher
Btw based on their own experience some people said that it might even be better
if you already have (ported) Direct X10 installed on XP (by KMSoftware, just goo
gle it) + latest updated DirectX runtimes from MS. Yeah true or not maybe you ca
n just try by yourself...

Installation:
Although the game executable is completely portable as you can always directly r
un it by just double clicking chess.exe anywhere on your hard disk (with above r
equirements of course lol), but if you want (optional/not required) you can inst
all (and uninstall it too then) it using the "Install.bat" and "Uninstall.bat" b
atch files to the default program folders and start menu shortcut as well as sta
ndard Chess Titans on Vista and Windows 7 (Home Premium and Ultimate only):

by default)

Please run the batch files "as administrator" (right click it) on Vista and Wind
ows 7 (actually you run it on XP on an account with administrator rights too). T
he game will also automatically start at first time.
If not work you can copy all the files and folders manually to the destination d
irectory above.
After that next you can always run the game everytime just by clicking the short
cut in Start Menu > Programs > Vista Games > Chess Titans, just like original Vi
sta / Windows 7.
Tweaks:
You can also custom some default game settings and language strings in "config.i
ni" and "english.ini" ini files in the game's directory.
Hmmm seems almost perfect now!
Finally sorry for my bad English lol, have a good time with this game cya...and
long live XP! (Coz XP can do everything, right?)...
