ACTIVITY INFORMATION

MDOP (VANDALISM) 11-20155

On 5/6/2011 deputies assigned to Countywide Patrol were dispatched to the area of 8000 Beechwood Dr., in Lima
Twp, for the complaint of vandalism. The victim told deputies that someone damaged their outdoor lampposts at an
unknown time. The victim believes the damage was done some time during the night. No suspect information was
available. Deputies continue to investigate.

LARCENY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE 11-20178

Deputies patrolling Ypsilanti Twp were dispatched to the area of 1200 Lester Ave. on 5/6/2011, at approximately
1145AM, for the complaint of theft. The victim informed deputies that personal medication was stolen from their
parked car at an unknown time. The victim was unable to provide any suspect information. The case remains under
investigation.

LARCENY 11-20181

On 5/6/2011 deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Twp were dispatched to the area of 800 Holmes Rd. for the complaint of
a stolen boat. The victim told deputies their boat was stored on private property—and, the victim just discovered the
boat missing from the storage area. The victim was unable to provide a more detailed time frame for the theft. No
suspect information was available at the time of the report. The case remains under investigation.

LARCENY OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS 11-20186

On 5/6/2011, at approximately 1230PM, deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Twp were dispatched to the area of 2700
Washtenaw Ave. for the complaint of a stolen catalytic converter. The victim informed investigators that the
catalytic converter was stolen from a business rental truck sometime overnight. No suspect information was
available. The business was not able to provide any security video of the property. The case remains under
investigation.

LARCENY 11-20273

Deputies assigned to Scio Twp were dispatched to the area of 2200 Gray Fox Dr. for the complaint of a stolen
mailbox. Police received the call at about 800PM. The victim informed police the mailbox was damaged and stolen
sometime overnight. No suspect information was available at the time of the report. The case remains under
investigation.

UDAA (STOLEN VEHICLE) 11-20550

On 5/8/2011, at approximately 130PM, deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Twp were dispatched to the area of 2200
Woodview Ave. for the complaint of a stolen vehicle. The victim told investigators their vehicle was parked in the
lot adjacent to their apartment building. It had been parked there the night before; and, the owner discovered the
vehicle missing the next day. The victim did not have any suspect information. The case remains under
investigation.

On 5/7/2011 deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township’s Proactive Patrol came into contact with a wanted subject in
the area of Russell Ave. and Ford Blvd. Contact was made at about 815PM. Deputies identified the subject,
confirmed the validity of the arrest warrant, and took the subject into custody without incident.

On 5/7/2011 deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Twp were conducting traffic enforcement in the area of Ecorse Rd. and
Woodlawn Ave. when they encountered a wanted subject. The subject was located at approximately 830PM. The
warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody without incident.

On 5/7/2011 deputies assigned to the Superior Twp Community Policing Unit were conducting an investigation in
the area of Ridge Rd. and Holmes Rd., when they arrested a wanted subject. The deputies made contact with the
subject at approximately 915PM. The arrest warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody without
incident.

On 5/7/2011 deputies patrolling Ypsilanti Twp encountered a wanted subject in the area of E. Michigan Ave. and
Burbank St. Deputies contacted the subject at about 1015PM. After identifying the subject, the subject was taken
into custody without incident.

On 5/7/2011, at approximately 1130PM, deputies assigned to the Community Policing Unit in Superior Twp
stopped a suspicious vehicle in the area of MacArthur Blvd. and Wiard Rd. During the investigation, deputies
discovered quantities of controlled substances on the driver’s person. The driver was arrested for suspicion of
possessing controlled substances—the subject was taken into custody and the investigator’s report will be forwarded
to the Prosecutor’s Office for review.

wanted subject. The subject was stopped by the deputies in the area of Michigan Ave. and Lincoln St., within the
City of Ypsilanti. Upon indentifying the subject, valid arrest warrants were confirmed. The subject was then taken
into custody without incident.
