Interview Stakeholders Define solution, Implement solution

to define problem roadmap and timelines

Scenario: The client wanted to replace the reporting and analysis platform for the ETF and Derivatives traders with a
modern Business Intelligence platform to enable faster analysis reporting of positions and performance trends.

Solution: Ordysy's team interviewed the stakeholders and provided the client with a roadmap for the implementation of the
application. The team gathered requirements regarding data sources, created data integration (ETL) jobs to integrate data
across platforms and assimilate into a Data Warehouse. A Data Warehouse was designed with consideration for data
limitations and data security for users. The BI application was installed and configured on a Linux platform. The team
prioritized reports from requirements and developed the first set of reports for client testing and approval. The client's
development team was trained on report development and application maintenance.
