Информация лётному составу.

При заправке ВС, особенно в аэропортах Киргизии (Ош) и Таджикистана,


экипажи ВС тщательно контролируют количество топлива, выданного из ТЗ,
с фактическим количеством топлива на борту ВС и предъявляют претензии к
топливозаправочной компании при недоливе. Это похвально, но не всегда
обосновано. Как и все измерительные системы, система измерения
количества топлива на ВС А319/320/321 (FQIC) имеет определенную
точность измерения. На нашем типе ВС погрешность системы составляет
_ 1% от суммарного количества топлива на борту. Пример: при заправке
+

15 000 кг погрешность может быть 150 кг как в меньшую (недолив), так и


большую (перезаправка) сторону.
Ниже приведена выдержка из АММ с данными по точности измерения
топлива компьютером FQI. Руководствуйтесь этими положениями для
предъявления обоснованных претензий по заправке.

** ON A/C ALL

The FQI system is accurate to +/- 1% of the maximum tank capacity and +/- 1% of the actual FOB. This is
when the aircraft is on the ground between an attitude of +/- 3 degrees in pitch and roll.

In flight, during normal cruise attitude, the FQI system is accurate to + (1.0% of actual FOB) and - (1.0% of
total capacity + 0.5% of actual FOB). Normal cruise attitude is specified as between - 3 and + 5 degree's
pitch and +/- 3 degree's roll.
At higher attitude, the FQI system accuracy can be relaxed to + (1.0% of total capacity + 1.5% of actual
FOB) and - (1.0% of total capacity + 1.5% of actual FOB). Higher attitude is specified as between - 10 and -
3 degrees pitch or + 5 and + 10 degrees pitch and +/- 3 degrees roll.

** ON A/C 0001-0100, 0201-0250, 0301-0500, 0551-0600, 0651-0700, 0751-0850, 0901-1150, 1201-1299


Effective Attitude
The FQIC takes acceleration data from the Air Data/Inertial Reference System (ADIRS) (Ref. AMM D/O 34-
10-00-00) to calculate the effective attitude. If this data is not available, then the FQIC uses the capacitance
values from known fuel probes to calculate the effective attitude.
If neither of these data sources are available it is assumed that the aircraft is at:
· 0 degrees pitch and 0 degrees roll on the ground
· +2.0 degrees pitch and 0 degrees roll in flight.

** ON A/C 0101-0200, 0251-0300, 0501-0550, 0601-0650, 0701-0750, 0851-0900, 1151-1200
