system, robot and CNC machines) to replace human
dependency.

1.2 Barcode system for incoming parts recording, wip, finished

good and non-comformance items and inventory
management system.

1.3 Usage of imaging ( x'ray) and machine automation for

inspection and testing.

1.4 Inspection Computerized and on time data recording

(production and inspection result) and analysis (statistical
process control) and to fast respond on the complaints by
customers.

1.5 Fully automation packing machine to speed up packaging

time and reducing packaging failure.

1.6 Automatic label printer using scanner barcode.

1.7 Heavy duty AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and robotic

handler for product handling.

1.8 Change layout to FMS (Flexible Manufacturing Systems) for

effective automation line producing small quantity of varies
products.

1.10 Introduce automation system with JIT (Just In Time) manufacturing system.
