epostTM (a joint venture between Canada Post and the Bank of Montreal) is a worl
d first service to provide consolidated internet bill presentment and payment fo
r the national mail service offering.
• Part of Project Management Office managing 15 project streams with a budget of o
ver $100M.
• Managed the development of the business plan for the epost commercial launch.
• Built an integrated project plan to lead the migration from development project
to commercial operations, covering all aspects of launching the epost product/se
rvice and the new business entity.
• Established the framework for governance for the combined Bank of Montreal/ Cana
da Post Board.
• Led a team developing the customer implementation process; including sales call
support, commitment structuring, work statements, project planning, procedural r
equirements, and service level setting.
• Provided business context for customer legal agreements for implementation and o
ngoing service delivery.
• Developed vendor management guidelines and supporting documentation.
Senior Project Manager, Bank of Montreal (Cebra), Toronto 1997-1998
Cebra was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank of Montreal delivering internet
strategies and implementing complete internet solutions to financial insurance a
nd government institutions within North America.
• Led a cross-discipline team conducting the proof of concept for Bank of Montreal
as a Certificate Authority.
• Revised project management methodology incorporating ISO PM standards.
• Managed data conversion team for Customer Information File.

Canadian Pacific was an international diversified transportation, energy and hot
el company with an internal IT support group of approx 500 staff.
• Delivered $5M wireless Windows/LAN application and Oracle/UNIX/IBM infrastructur
e to support remote work crews in railcar tracking, work order management, and m
aintenance planning in a 7/24 operation.
• Managed cross-functional team including outsourced development house, internal d
evelopment staff, contractors, network and middleware consultants, support teams
, training vendor, as well as hardware and installation service providers.
