Ampol Exploration Browse Basin, West Aust (WA) As part of this project LPM developed a computer based
Purchase order and materials control system specifically
tailored to short term one or two well programs.
Ampol Exploration Perth & Carnarvon Basin - WA This project required significant environmental assessment
of biological and sociological resources in the area and risks
to those resources from the drilling operation. LPM also
managed oil spill counter measure resources and
community liaison activities for this program.

Anadarko Timor Sea Provided complete project drilling, logistics and wellsite

Bass Strait Oil Co. Gippsland Basin - Vic Prepared and provided complete drilling project

BHP Petroleum Bass Strait - Vic Provided drilling engineers, drilling supervision and logistics

British Borneo Carnarvon Basin - WA LPM provided a complete drilling team for the first well
drilled and ongoing operations support for a second well the
following year.

Cultus Petroleum Otway Basin - South Australia Despite poor anchoring conditions, extremely hard abrasive
formations and long period, significant height swells; this
program was completed on budget with a clean safety and
environmental record.
Eagle Bay Resources Gippsland Basin - Vic This offshore well was drilled under target and AFE with LPM
providing complete project drilling and HSEMS services.
ENI Australia North West Shelf Performed well construction feasibility study to re-enter
existing wells and provided full well construction support.
Enterprise Oil Timor Sea Semi-submersible operations in Timor Sea and drillship
operations in Cambodia.
Hardy Petroleum Carnarvon Basin - WA Simulation exercises and oil spill training for semi-
submersible operations.
Hartogen Energy Sulu Sea, Phillipines LPM demonstrated international systems management with
a full project team provided conducting preliminary project
work in Australia and operations management from Perth,
Singapore and Manila.
Japex AC Timor Sea LPM provided comprehensive drilling project management
from initial review and planning through to final end of well
reporting. In addition to developing a full HSEMS, LPM
provided a full time HSE Co-ordinator throughout operations
Lasmo Oil North West Shelf, Timor Sea Oil spill control procedures were developed for jack up
drilling operations and simulation exercises were conducted.
Mobil E&P North West Shelf, Timor Sea Multipe OSCP, ERP, oil spill simulation exercises and
emergency response exercises have been developed.
Nippon Oil Timor Sea LPM co-ordinated the contract administration for Nippon
Oil’s Australian operations.

was drilled under budget with no lost time accidents or
environmental incidents.
OMV Australia Timor Sea, Bass Strait – LPM provided comprehensive drilling project management
Victoria, Taranaki Basin - NZ. for operations at key OMV exploration and development
sites. LPM also upgraded OMV’s HSEMS and provided
training for all management and operations personnel.
PanPacific Petroleum Carnarvon Basin - WA This well was in extremely shallow water requiring a
comprehensive environmental management plan and special
consideration for Modu positioning and support
Petrofina Carnarvon Basin - WA Provided HSE services.
Phillips Oil Carnarvon Basin - WA Provided oil spill planning services.
Sagasco Carnarvon Basin - WA Provided oil spill planning services.
Santos Timor Sea, North West Shelf - LPM has provided full engineering and project supervision
WA, Bass Strait - Vic for all of Santos’ Offshore drilling since 2000 including key
offshore and shorebase personnel.
Shell Australia Provided drilling consultant services.
Strike Oil Otway Basin, North West Shelf Developed preliminary offshore drilling programs to
determine feasibility of exploration program.
Tanzoil Offshore Tanzania Developed preliminary drilling program.
Teikoku Oil Bonaparte Gulf - NT, Australia LPM co-ordinated liaison with local indigenous co mmunities
to ensure a successful drilling program in close proximity to
the Daly River/Port Keats Aboriginal Land Trust.
Thaipo Gulf of Thailand Provided HSE services.
Transworld/NZOP Taranaki Basin – New Zealand LPM obtained regulatory approvals for client to commence
first offshore drilling program, provided HSEMS services,
drilling project management and drilling supervision for two
year drilling campaign.
