• An example of an SAP LSO Transaction is LSO_PSV2. This transaction
enables you to create and manage an instance of a course type. • SPRO - It is one of the most frequently used transaction codes. Executing this transaction code navigates to a screen where all the SAP modules and their respective configurable elements are presented in a logical hierarchy. This is really helpful to find a certain configurable element if you do not know the transaction code to access the element directly. • PP01 - This is a very useful transaction code for maintaining all the Objects related to LSO. Objects can be filtered based on Object Type. • PVL0 - This transaction code navigates to a screen where new Course Groups can be created or existing goups can be edited. • PVD0 - This transaction code navigates to a screen where new Course Types can be created or existing types can be edited. • LSO_PVDC - This transaction code can be used for maintaining Curriculam Types (create and edit). • LSO_PVCT - This transaction code is very useful for maintaining all the master data related to course catalog (i.e. Course Groups, Course Types, Resources). The data is presented in a hierachical structure. • PVRO - Resource Types can be maintained (create and edit) using this transaction code. • PVG1 - This transaction code enables you to create and manage Rooms. • PVH1 - This transaction code enables creation and management of External Instructors. • PVG0 - Other Resources (i.e. projector, desktop PC) can be created and managed using this transaction code. • LSO_PSV2 - This transaction enables to create courses with or without resources and enables to view entire course menu. • LSO_PSV1 - This transaction enables to prebook participants on course types, book & cancel participants, to manage correspondence and appraisals. • LSO_PVEC_CREATE - This transaction navigates to Curriculum Maintenance screen. Using this new Curriculum can be created or existing Currculums can be edited. • LSO_PV00 - This transaction is used to book a participant . • LSO_PV04 - This transaction is used to cancel participation. • LSO_PV15 - This transaction is used to follow-up the trainings ( classroom trainings, wbt, curriculum, course program, etc. ). • LSO_SUBSCRIBE_CP - This transaction is used to subscribe to an Course Program. • LSO_PV14 - This transaction is used to lock/unlock the courses such as classroom training, curriculum, course program, virtual classroom training. • LSO_PVEK - This transaction code can be used for maintaining Course Program(create and edit). • LSO_PVEC - This transaction code can be used for maintaining Curriculam (create and edit). • If you still cannot find the transaction that you are looking for in the above mentioned list here is a simple way to search • Step1: Goto transaction SE93 • Step2: Type "LSO*" in the transaction code input field and Press F4 • Now you can see all the SAP Learning solution related transactions with a small description for each.
