Description:
Worked as a team member for an SAP BW implementation for integrating and consolidation data
from SD and FI modules into SAP BW system. Involved in mapping the SAP R/3 Logistics data
starting with extraction from data source and uploading the master/transaction data into info
cubes. Worked on designing, data extraction and reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Developed User Exits Objects, Function Exits, Screen Exits that is combined object
consisting of function exit, screen exit. It was User Exit for SAP standard transaction of
PM Orders – Create/Change/Display (IW31, IW32, IW33).
• Modified standard SAP transaction through User exit for PM Notifications –
Create/Change/Display (IW21, IW22, IW23). Added one complete ‘Tab Strip’ in this
exit, which works similar to SAP standard transaction in higher version of 4.6C. i.e. code
functions almost exactly similar to that of SAP 4.6C version (of course customized to
CHH requirement).
• Developed Menu Exits, that includes trick interface objects, It is special interface tool
used by CHH in Inbound as well as outbound manner, Inbound, Outbound, SAP Scripts

Generation & changes.
• Created function module for BDC input, created PM Order (Customized), used in above
user exit separately.

Data Upload BDC:
• Developed a BDC program for loading the Customer master data.
• Designed and coded a BDC program for sales order that updated records in the sales
order screen or will create new sales order depending on the source data file from
external systems.
SAP Scripts:
• Developed the layout sets for sales order (ZRVORDER01), which is a copy of STD
layout, set RVORDER01 and changed the company’s logo, company address, and
company specific information on the order.
• Modification of Layout sets for the documents Purchase Order, Order Confirmation,
Sales Order. Confirmation (RVORDER01), Invoice (RVINVOICE01).
Dialog program:
• Designed and developed order status update tool. This is a dialog program that displays
both sales orders and stock transport orders. This tool can interactively create and update
Item notes for a sales order. The comments will relate to Material shortages, commit
dates and other info. Also the delivery block updated through a BDC session that will be
built via VA02 (the user has selected this option from the input screen).
• Created Custom tables wherever required and generated the tables using Table
Maintenance Generator.
