Internet Tech Support Technician
Provide extensive customer service via inbound and outbound calls identifying, correcting and
advising customers on operational issues related to company offered services.
Test and troubleshoot UNEP, UNEL, Munie Partner’s and T1 Circuits.
Perform heavy data entry and documentation, and daily usage of Microsoft Access, Citrex,
Metasolve 5 & 6 and monitoring software Solarwinds and NetView.
