Introduction

After coming into existence in 2004, FLARE magazine has matured from a
newborn of 16 pages to a grown-up of 60-pages. Now it has 100 coloured pages
with huge circulation around 12,000 copies per month. It is ABC (Audit Bureau
Circulation) certified and included in media list both provincials and federal
government. Besides huge subscriptions, these 12000 copies of magazine are
delivered to the entire telecom sector of Pakistan, leaders of industry,
governments, international organizations, legal experts, bankers and the like. For
general public, magazine is available on all the famous book shops of country.
During a journey of about five years, FLARE has gone through the crests and
troughs. Being the first of its nature, the magazine had to swim through a sea of
quandaries and the credit goes to the restless efforts and commitment of the
FLARE team, who made it the best telecom magazine of Pakistan. FLARE has
helped telecom professionals through the highs and lows of the last five years in
the communications industry, emerging in today's dynamic market as the
authoritative voice of the industry. FLARE not only portrays and analyzes the
