‫ﺑﺪﺍﺕ ﺗﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﻭ ﺗﻬﺘﻢ ﺑﺎﻫﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ‬ ‫ﻳﻘﻞ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﺮﻩ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﻋﻦ ﺟﻴﺪ‪ ,‬ﻭ ﺟﻴﺪ‬ ‫ﻭ ﻟﻜﻦ ﻳﺒﻘﻰ ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﻫﻞ ﻳﻀﻴﻒ‬ ‫ﻭ ﻟﻜﻦ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺒﻊ ﻣﺘﻔﺎﺋﻞ‬ ‫ﻣﺘﻰ ﺳﺘﻨﻬﺾ ﺑﻼﺩﻧﺎ ﻋﻠﻤﻴﺎ ﻭ ﻛﺒﻒ؟‬
‫ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﻰ‪ ,‬ﻓﻘﺪ ﺗﻐﻴﺮ ﺍﻻﻓﺮﺍﺩ ﻭ ﺗﻔﻜﻴﺮﻫﻢ‪,‬‬ ‫ﺟﺪﺍ ﻓﻰ ﻣﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﺨﺼﺺ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻤﺎءﻧﺎ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺭﺝ ﺟﺪﻳﺪﺍ ﺍﻟﻴﻨﺎ؟ ﺍﻡ‬ ‫ﺑﻤﺴﺘﻘﺒﻞ ﻗﺮﻳﺐ ﺍﻓﻀﻞ‪ ,‬ﻭ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ‬ ‫ﺃﺳﺌﻠﺔ ﻛﺜﻴﺮﺓ ﺩﺍﺭﺕ ﺑﺨﺎﻃﺮﻧﺎ‪,‬ﻓﺒﺤﺜﻨﺎ‬
‫ﻭ ﺑﺪﺃﻭﺍ ﻳﺸﻌﺮﻭﻥ ﺍﻥ ﻣﻦ ﻟﺪﻳﻪ ﻓﻜﺮﺓ‬ ‫ﻭ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﺨﻄﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻰ ﻳﺘﺒﻌﻬﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻥ ﺍﻻﻣﺮ ﻛﻠﻪ ﺍﻧﻪ ﻓﺨﺮ ﻟﻨﺎ ﻭ ﺍﻣﻞ‬ ‫ﻭ ﺍﻧﻄﻼﻗﺔ ﺟﺪﻳﺪﺓ ﻓﻰ ﻣﻨﻈﻮﻣﺔ‬ ‫ﻋﻤﻦ ﻳﻌﻤﻠﻮﻥ ﻓﻰ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎﻝ ﻟﻴﺠﻴﺒﻮﺍ‬

‫ﻳﺜﻘﻮﺍ ﻭ ﻳﺆﻣﻨﻮﺍ ﺑﻘﺪﺭﺍﺗﻬﻢ‪ ,‬ﻭ ﻳﺒﺤﺜﻮﺍ‬ ‫ﺩ‪/‬ﻣﺼﻴﻠﺤﻰ‪ ,‬ﻫﻰ ﺍﻭﻻ ﺍﻟﺤﺼﻮﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻟﻄﺒﻊ ﺍﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺩﻭﺍء ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﺗﻌﻨﻰ ﻧﻔﻌﺎ‬ ‫ﻣﺼﺼﻴﻠﺤﻰ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﺍﻧﻪ ﺑﺪﺃﺕ ﺛﺨﺼﺺ‬ ‫ﺳﺄﻟﻨﺎ ﺃﻳﻦ ﻳﻮﺟﺪ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﻰ‬
‫ﻋﻢ ﺳﺒﻞ ﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻘﻬﺎ‪ ,‬ﺑﺪﺃﺕ ﺍﻻﻳﺠﺎﺑﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﺑﺮﺍءﺓ ﺍﺧﺘﺮﺍﻉ ﺑﺎﻧﻪ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬ ﻫﺬﻩ‬ ‫ﻭ ﺍﻣﻼ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﺮﻳﺾ ﻓﻰ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻜﺎﻥ‬ ‫ﻣﻴﺰﺍﻧﻴﺎﺕ ﻛﺒﻴﺮﺓ ﻟﻼﺑﺤﺎﺙ‪ ,‬ﻭ ﺳﻴﺰﻳﺪ‬ ‫ﻓﻰ ﻣﺼﺮ ‪ ,‬ﻭ ﻋﻠﻤﻨﺎ ﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﺠﺰء ﺍﻻﻛﺒﺮ‬
‫ﺗﺴﺮﻯ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻭﺻﺎﻟﻨﺎ‪ .‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﺗﻘﻮﻝ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻔﻜﺮﺓ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ‪ ,‬ﺛﻢ ﻳﺒﺤﺚ ﻋﻦ ﺟﻬﺎﺕ‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻻﺭﺽ‪ .‬ﻭ ﺗﻀﻴﻴﻒ ﺍﻟﺪﻛﺘﻮﺭﺓ ﻛﺎﻣﻴﻠﻴﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻫﺘﻤﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻟﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﺎﺣﺜﻴﻦ ﻭ ﺗﻮﻓﻴﺮ‬ ‫ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﺎﺕ‪ ,‬ﺛﻢ ﺑﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﺍﻗﻞ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺪﻛﺘﻮﺭﺓ ﻛﺎﻣﻴﻠﻴﺎ ﺍﻥ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻌﻞ ﺑﺪﺃ‬ ‫ﺗﻤﻮﻳﻞ ﺍﻭ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﺮﻑ ﺑﺎﻟﺤﻀﺎﻧﺎﺕ‪,‬‬ ‫ﺍﻧﻪ ﺩﺍﺋﻤﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺩﺍﺧﻞ ﻫﺆﻻء ﻭﻻء‬ ‫ﺍﻻﻣﻜﺎﻧﺒﺎﺙ ﻟﻬﻢ‪ .‬ﻓﻰ ﺇﻃﺎﺭ ُﺧﻄﺔ‬ ‫ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﻛﺰ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺜﻴﺔ ﻛﺎﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ‬
‫ﺗﻔﻜﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﺮﻳﻴﻦ ﻳﺘﻐﻴﺮ‪ ,‬ﻓﺒﺎﻟﺬﺍﺕ‬ ‫ﻭ ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺼﺎﻝ ﺑﺎﻟﺨﺎﺭﺝ ﻟﻴﺒﺤﺚ‬ ‫ﻭ ﺍﻧﺘﻤﺎء ﻟﺒﻼﺩﻫﻢ‪ ,‬ﻓﻼ ﻳﺘﻮﺍﻧﻮﻥ ﻋﻦ‬ ‫ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﻰ ﻹﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﻫﻴﻜﻠﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻘﻮﻣﻰ ﻟﻠﺒﺤﻮﺙ ‪ ,‬ﻭ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺬﺭﻳﺔ‬

‫ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻭﺗﺸﺘﺮﻙ ﻓﻰ ﻧﺸﺎﻃﺎﺕ ﻭﻛﻮﺭﺳﺎﺕ‬ ‫‪.١‬ﻣﺘﻮﻗﻊ ﺣﻴﺎﺗﻚ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﻜﻠﻴﺔ ﺗﺒﻘﻰ‪:‬‬ ‫ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺑﺔ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ‪ ,‬ﻓﻌﺪﺩ ﺍﻟﻄﻼﺏ‬
