To plan, manage and integratecross functional activities in a product development processes from

a) Project Management

uc To conduct weekly project status meeting

uc To get approval of project master schedule from all departments
uc To assist project manager in preparing project status report
b) Product Development gateway

uc To assist project manager in managing and enforcing each gateway the deliverables
according to NPI guidelines

c) Risk Management

uc To evaluate and report delays and risks to Project Manager

uc To assist Project Manager in project risk assessment and mitigation efforts

d) Human capital development

uc To continuously develop core competency in project and risk management

uc To participate in all staff development training program

e) General

uc Garry out directions/ instructions from Senior Manager/ board of Directors as per business
requirements from time to time

uc Minimum first degree in Engineering or similar discipline or equivalent experience

uc Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in engineering and manufacturing
uc Sound knowledge in engineering and manufacturing processes preferably in automotive
industries
uc Good interpersonal, communication and human relation skills

uc To design all company's products and system with full range of dimensions, to
 solve design and technical problems during tender proposal stage, produce
proposal drawings and bill of materials.
uc To liaise with Project Management Team on design issues and produce
standardized shop and as-built drawings complete with full range of calculation and
dimensions and detailing.
uc Maintaining documents for verificationand record all related design activities during
development process including product drawings, testing protocols and results.
uc Testing and trouble shooting of design related problem from design stage until
mass production.
uc Maintain technical integrity with engineering design principles - design
specifications, mechnical design intent and material selection.

uc Gandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,

Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
uc At least 2 years of relevant working experience in building M&E services design and
understand architecture drawingsis required for Junior Design Engineer.
uc Minimum 5 years relevant experience in metal fabrication, pneumatic and
machinery design for Senior Design Engineer.
uc Gomputer literate in 3D GAD such as Solidswork is a MUST.
uc Applicants must be willing to work in Balakong.
uc Preferably Junior/ Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical or
equivalent.
