NPS Parent Survey 2011

Dear Parent,

The Norwalk Public Schools (NPS) Parent Survey was jointly developed by the Survey Workgroup. The NPS Parent
Survey is an important source of information about what you think about your child’s school. These findings will assist in
focusing our school improvement efforts. This is the fist time that such a survey has been done and will provide a good
baseline.
Thank you for your participation in this survey! The results of this survey will be shared with staff and parents through
meetings in the fall. All responses are anonymous and confidential.

Sincerely,

The NPS Survey Workgroup:

Joseph Giandurco, Teacher, Ponus Ridge Middle School
Sally Grose, Teacher/Administrator, Retired
Karen Helyer, Instructional Specialist, Early Childhood
Lisa Lenskold, President, PTO Council
Susan Marks, Ed.D, Superintendent
Bruce LeVine Mellion, President, NFT
Robert Polselli, Ph.D, Director of Technology

2010-2011 NPS Parent Survey Instructions:

If you do not know or cannot answer the statement, mark "Don't Know/Does Not Apply."

* 1. Please select your child's school. If you have multiple

children in our district, and would like to retake this survey
to reflect another school, you may do so. After submitting
your first survey, return to the survey link on the NPS
