2 A student carried out an experiment to determine the concentration of sodium
hydroxide. 20.00 cm3 of aqueous sodium hydroxide and a few drops of
phenolphthalein is titrated using hydrochloric acid 0.50 mol dm -3 from a burette.
Titration is stopped when the solution in the conical flask changes colour from pink
to colourless.
Experiment was repeated three times.
