umerous gas processing plants and five refineries that needed to be restored for
the oil and gas industry in Northern Iraq to prewar production levels. Work in
cluded feasibility studies, design modifications of Equipment with recommendati
ons, prepared project proposals & cost estimates. Worked on redesign options for
facilities to meet current technology. Coordinated engineering efforts with a
ll task force disciplines, including local construction group. In addition, pla
yed an important role as liaison project management representative with authorit
ies of Iraqi Facilities Management, Iraqi Ministry of Oil, and the Army Corp of
Engineers (USANC). Made on-site technical surveys/assessments for war damages.
