of Administration Risk Management Division. Instructed classes for all state an
d Arizona county employees in CPR/AED, First Aid, Defensive Driving, 15- passeng
er van, Forklift.
Have a CDL License class A with P & S endorsement.
* Developed and trained CPR class for all state employees. Curriculum offered to
state employees approved by the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) for
use as a prerequisite for the ASHI First-Aid class.
* In 2005, promoted to Training Officer II assuming oversight of 143 instructors
from State and County agencies and created and maintained training curriculum.
* In 2007, promoted to Training Officer III where I maintained a training budget
, instructed all DPS officers in CPR, First Aid and Defensive Driving as Arizona
Police Officer Standards and Training Board (AZPOST) driving instructor.
* Conducted all OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 classes for Arizona Department of Transporta
tion employees.
* Performed as State third-party tester for CDL vehicles, Class A, B, and C. Con
