* U.S. Navy Supply Corps Officer:
* Director of several U.S. Navy supply chains reporting to the Commanding Office

* Achieved 100% inventory accuracy on 15,000 line items. Sustained for at least
6 months.
* Maintained 92-95% inventory record accuracy (IRA) for 55,000 SKUs at a high vi
sibility DOD classified facility.
* Improved P&L position with tripled sales by reorganizing a retail operation, a
nd by improving marketing and business development.
* Achieved a reputation as a turnaround manager.
* Lean, 5S, standard operations and TPM part of daily management.
* Managed divisions and departments responsible for all aspects of the supply c
hain including Purchasing, Transportation, Contracting (FAR & DFAR), Logistics,
