Oversee all supply chain functions; 13 employees, including Production Planning,
Purchasing, Master Scheduling, Inventory Management, Receiving and Shipping fun
ctions for new product rollouts, legacy products and programs, corporate supply
chain integration to ultimately meet our customer deliver and quality expectatio
ns. Hold P&L and budget responsibilities. Provide cross-functional team training
, coaching, and mentoring. Direct reporting into Plant Manager with dotted line
to Corporate Materials/Supply Chain team. Direct responsibility for Master Sche

* Implemented execution metrics for both Planning and Purchasing that improved m
aterial availability and resulted in a customer on-time delivery improvement fro
m 66% to 97%.
* Improved Supply Chain employee engagement scores from 35% to 80% by understand
ing ERP tool gaps, reviewing supply chain processes, and engaging employees in p
rocess improvement kaizens.
* Play an active leadership roll in new product development and transition from
Prototype phase to Production phase by supporting supplier integration and plann
ing integration. With a recent success in a 12 month launch from contract award
to production for a customer in the Business Jet market.
* Lead annual Physical Inventory and Cycle count programs.
