efforts. Directed distribution center operations, including in-bound and goods r

ystems capabilities. Oversaw store managers to achieve operational objectives an
d sales goals. Held P&L accountability and met financial, operational, and profi
t margin objectives while directing team of 75 personnel.
Accomplishments: Eliminated 85% of significant and ongoing overtime expenses by
negotiating new work rules within the union contract and changing operating pro
cedure in the receiving department. * Mitigated major customer service problem
with late and inaccurate deliveries by implementing order audit process for all
