ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT Managed businesses from 55 people down to 9 people with profits from $500,000 to $40 ML through cost savings and analysis, inventory control, payroll and just controlled spending and sticking to budgets. Managed Payroll for as many as 600 employees down to 10 along with managing benefits, hours, and cost of extra and all the respective reports for monthly and quarterly reporting. Managed General Ledger accounts including banking (cash flow) inventory control and turns, payroll and administrative expenses and revenues up to $57ML. Managed and maintained monthly reports for 4 companies at one time. This entailed complying with budgets and the P/L statements to make sure that they were all in line with forecasts and projects. COSTS SAVINGS AND DEVELOPMENTS Utilized skills to take a company from simple accounting (Quickbooks) to on line live accounting (MAS 90 and Navision and Priority). Trained all the respective people for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Inventory Reporting, Sales and Purchase Orders. Also special training for Sales Orders and entry along with General ledger, and Customer Service. Developed 2 companies from ground up, pulling permits for construction and permit compliance with State and Federal Regulations to purchasing, personnel, stocking, inventory and making it fully Functional company Developed office procedures for 3 companies and 1 hospital to change to computer usage and entry of Over 700 employees. _Employment History__:_ Spuntech Industries Inc-Controller (moved overseas) June 2007 to June 2010 In charge of all Accounting, Inventory, Purchasing, AR, AP, GL and Fixed Assets. Majority of the cost savings for the Company, and monitoring all incoming bills for pricing of raw materials, did all the banking correspondence, and foreign Currency exchanges, dealt with all auditors and investigations, (quarterly audits-bank audits-workmans comp audit, wage audits) Did off site payroll, and checking hours for plant.
