Executive Director
Directly responsible for all financial, operational, administrative and legal as
pects of the daily management of a public benefit organization with 67,000 consu
mers from 15 satellite offices throughout Los Angeles County. Organizational D
evelopment, including: strategic planning, staff and program/product developmen
t, outcomes, strategic relationship management, facilities, contract development
and management, financial forecasts and the bottom line were my direct responsi
bilities.
* Grew the organization budget by 700% during my tenure.

ctronic components, in a clean room and an industrial environment equipped with

* Through dramatic improvement of inventory control and manufacturing output tur
ned the operation around from a 6 figure monthly loss to a five figure gain in 6
months within budget and without missing any shipment goals
* Managed a cross-functional team that developed a shop floor barcode software a
pplication that significantly improved on time shipment delivery.

cesses to reduce product shipment lead times while reducing waste..
