REGIONAL MANAGER; TEAM MEMBER, INITIATIVES GROUP
Sigmatech, Inc. has a 22-year history of providing professional services
and solutions in scientific, engineering, and technical assistance services
to Government organizations, and information technology products to both
Government and industry clients.
o Designated as Lead for Tobyhanna Army Depot Reset Program; successfully
negotiated a $1.3M new labor effort.
o Played a key role in developing personnel requirements for the Army's
command and control systems by conducting in-depth analysis at the
highest echelons of the Army staff and Human Resources Command
o Managed seven logistics and technical personnel assigned to Ft. Bragg
and the East Region.
U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne Division - Bagram AB, Afghanistan 2007 - 2008
JOINT VISITORS BUREAU DIRECTOR / PROTOCOL CHIEF
Led the activities of Distinguished Visitors (DVs) in the Combined Joint
Task Force (CJTF) Area of Responsibility of Afghanistan. Coordinated and
executed complex itineraries and security requirements for visitors
including the Vice President of the United States, general officers,
civilian senior executives and international dignitaries from 36 nations.
Managed all activities of Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines
participating in joint visitor operations as part of Operation Enduring
Freedom (OEF).

ADVISOR AND LIAISON OFFICER - INTERNATIONAL SECURITY ASSISTANCE FORCE
Liaison for the United States Combined Joint Task Force of Afghanistan at
NATO Headquarters. Responsible for the daily briefs to the Commanding
General and staff, to include security, operational plans, current and
future combat operations and intelligence matters. Advised and integrated
plans with the ISAF staff and other liaison officers from 36 nations.
o Established and fostered a positive working relationship with the NATO
Headquarters which enabled the US-CJTF Headquarters to seamlessly
execute their wartime mission.
o Helped coordinate the medical and security evacuations during numerous
emergency missions involving an armed aggressor.

Human Resource Manager for a 1,400 personnel Airborne Division Artillery.
Managed daily personnel actions including evaluations, awards, finance,
legal, equal opportunity, leaves and passes. Supervised enlisted Soldiers
as part of the Personnel Administrative Center (PAC). Mentored HR junior
officers in subordinate PACs and provided oversight for staff officers
performing duties in medical, retention, legal, EO, and religious
activities.

o Directed the sustainment and functionality of a Rear Detachment in
support of a forward deployed headquarters.
U.S. Army, 101st Airborne Division - Ft. Campbell, Kentucky 2000 - 2002
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Human Resource Manager of an Air Assault Brigade Combat Team consisting of
3,900 Soldiers. Ensured team readiness for worldwide deployment. As
principal advisor to the Brigade Commander, reported on personnel matters.
Managed daily personnel actions including evaluations, awards, finance,
legal, and safety. Managed and directed 3 infantry battalions, 2 aviation
battalions, and 1 field artillery battalion during tactical operations,
ensuring personnel accountability and replacement operations. Supervised
officers, non-commissioned officers, and Soldiers performing administrative
duties in areas of EO, retention, and medical functions.
o Selected as the Second in Command of a forward deployed headquarters
supporting peace enforcement operations.
