*1 In my current role I am responsible for aiding the Process Engineers in n
ew process development, implementation, documentation, training, reflow oven and
solder wave profiling. I perform programming and preventative maintenance on th
e AOI (automated inspection), SRT (BGA repair station), Camalot 5000 (glue and p
aste dispenser), Solder Paste Inspection, and CRX-2000 (x-ray) equipment. I am c
urrently the Box build Engineer, responsible for documenting processes and troub
leshooting problems including corrective actions. . As the Engineering Tech on a
CFT I am responsible for the product labeling process for all customers. I help
with tooling design and sometimes create tooling drawings using AutoCAD. I'm re
sponsible for creating routings in our board tracking system. I work process iss
ues with the Engineer and cover his responsibilities in his absence. I have a go
od rapport with production operators and supervisors. I frequently train operato
rs in new processes and assist with production problems.
