DESIGN AND PROCESS EMPLOYMENT
Efficient Engineering - Process Engineer - (1984-1990)
Developed documents for prototype assembly; (PAD) product assembly, (PLP) point
locating and (CMM) coordinate measuring. Metal weld studies, weld gun designs an
d robot placements were preformed.
Classic Advanced Development - Robotics Engineer - (1991-1995)
Used SG Unix hardware and Robcad software to create simulations for robot workce
lls. Computer model work included 3-D solid geometry modeling with surfacing, en
d effector & tooling design, validation, cycle time and robot programs.
Aerotek Engineering - Coordinator Engineer - (1996-2001)
Followed build of vehicles for assembly process. Trim & metal design was by meth
ods of manufacture and validation. CMM reports, Autocad studies and product meet
ings were primary ways of problem solving.
General Employment - Semi-retired - (2002-2010)
Involved in jobs for extra income while receiving social security. Part-time pos
itions were a home based business, patient care and retail (Wal-Mart).
