Student Services Coordinator Beaumont, CA
Supervisor of the student enrollment office. Designed the department as well as
supervise it's employees. Member of the district management team. Designed and
operate before and after school child care programs at all district elementary
schools. Assisted in the design of program budget as well as monitoring of that
budget. Wrote all program policy and procedures, responsible for state, county
and district reports regarding enrollment numbers as well as state and federal r
eports regarding grant funded programs. Prepared a variety of requested reports
and analysis of the reports of the purpose of making recommendations for improv
ement or change. Researched and wrote grants for the district and did all progr

I had the complete responsibility of overseeing all phases of the campus
operation on a daily basis. This is a Non-Public High School, serving severel
y emotionally disturbed youth. There were 70 students on campus, all were funct
ioning in the mild to severe range of mental retardation. I had daily supervisio
n responsibilities for the 38 program staff including teachers, classroom aids,
counselors, therapists, and clerical
staff. I oversaw all program planning and development as well as policy making
process. I oversaw all treatment planning for each student as well as the long
range planning for each students anticipated graduation. Wrote program policy an
d procedures manuals. Wrote employees training programs and plans, worked with
on-the-job trainees during their introduction period. Performed yearly program
reviews and made recommendations for change to the company management department
. Budget preparation and control for the campus.
