Directed a 5-member management team and a 25 person staff within corporate labor
dollar budgets. Responsible for employee recruiting, training and succession p
lanning which resulted in multiple employee promotions to management within the
district. Annual inventory waste/shrink results on plan within 1.0-1.3%. Insur

CPI Corporation (Sears Portrait Studio)
District Sales Manager
Provided leadership and strategic planning for 16 studios in Sears stores in Wis
